Secured planning and listed building consent

Beacon Planning Ltd have just secured planning and listed building consent for refurbishment and conversion of an existing barn at Bassingbourn cum Kneesworth.
It will enable the structure to be used as a hobby/artist studio ancillary to the existing Grade II listed former farmhouse. This forms part of the on going restoration of the outbuildings on the site which started with the glasshouse range. The proposed new use for the barn will retain both the external character and appearance and the internal form of the building.
