The Old Rectory Kingston - Planning and Heritage Statements
16 July 2015 | Posted by Charmain Hawkins
Replacement churchyard boundary walls in sensitive heritage location.

Planning permission and Listed Building Consent have been obtained and a Faculty granted for replacement boundary walling round the churchyard in Kingston. Given the historic importance of the site with the church being a Grade I Listed Building and the Old Rectory Grade II* Listed and the site is within the village Conservation Area a careful and sensitive approach was sought. Beacon Planning Ltd provided the supporting statements with drawings by Ian Abrams Architects and structural advice from AFP.
