Historic Suffolk barn granted permission to be imaginatively converted to dwelling
27 January 2016 | Posted by Charmain Hawkins
The approved barn conversion will retain the agricultural character and appearance of the building and gives an imaginative use of the internal space within the building. This scheme finds a new and compatible use for the building which secures its long term future.

Beacon Planning Ltd working with Simon Kivotos Architect have secured change of use of a redundant barn which is curtilage listed near Clare Suffolk. The former threshing barn is considered to date from the early C19.
