Beacon Planning Ltd working in conjunction with the architects Fielden and Mawson have secured amendments to Phase 2 of the listed barn conversion scheme and works will commence shortly on a further five dwelling units and the swimming pool complex. The design team have worked closely with Suffolk Coastal DC to secure a quick and successful granting of the consents.

Approval has been secured for amendments to the approved scheme for Phase 2 which includes the swimming pool complex. Phase 1 has now been successfully implemented and sold and works will commence shortly on this next phase of the development.
