3 May 2017 | Posted by Janine Richardson
Beacon Planning have assisted in obtaining planning permission for a dwelling in Coton, South Cambridgeshire.

Beacon Planning assisted with advice for a proposal for a barn that was being converted through Prior Approval to a house. South Cambridgeshire District Council threatened enforcement action on the grounds that the changes required planning permission and was in conflict with green belt policy. Beacon Planning Ltd prepared the planning application together with justification for the house in Green Belt and assisted at Planning Committee. South Cambridgeshire District Councillors approved the application contrary to officer recommendation. Our clients are delighted with the result “Outstanding service. Beacon Planning assisted us when all the odds were against us. We are grateful to Beacon Planning for their support and professionalism in helping us gain planning approval in the Green Belt.”
